Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Full-time and part-time positions available in Frisco, McKinney, Plano, Denton, and surrounding North Texas.
Lead individualized ABA programs for children with autism. Supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, write treatment plans, and collaborate with families. Ideal for BCBAs who want manageable caseloads and real clinical autonomy.
Requirements: Active BCBA certification, Texas LBA (or eligible), reliable transportation, willingness to travel within North Texas.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Full-time and part-time positions across North Texas.
Deliver direct ABA therapy to children in their homes and communities under BCBA supervision. Implement treatment plans, collect data, and build meaningful relationships with families.
Requirements: Active RBT certification, reliable transportation, high school diploma or equivalent, background check, energy and patience.
Behavior Technician (BT) — Paid RBT Training Provided
Entry-level positions with paid training toward RBT certification.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, background check, willingness to complete the 40-hour RBT training.
Client Services Coordinator
Full-time administrative role — remote-friendly, based in North Texas.
Support new families from first inquiry through intake — insurance verification, authorization tracking, scheduling, and family communication. The friendly voice families hear when they call.
Requirements: 2+ years customer service or healthcare admin experience, strong written communication, comfortable with insurance verification and CRM tools.
