Insurance Verification & BCBA Assessment
We verify your insurance benefits at no cost to you, then schedule a comprehensive intake assessment with one of our BCBAs. The BCBA meets your child, conducts a functional behavior assessment, and builds an individualized treatment plan tailored to your child’s unique strengths and needs.

Therapy Begins
Your BCBA and RBT team begin working with your child at home or in the community on a schedule that fits your family. You receive regular progress reports, weekly parent coaching sessions, and a dedicated care coordinator available for any questions.
What Helps to Have Ready When You Call
You do not need to have everything below, we can help you figure out what’s missing. But if you have these on hand, our first call will be faster:
- Your child’s autism diagnosis documentation (if you already have one, it’s okay if you don’t)
- Your insurance card and member ID number
- Your child’s date of birth
