Single-Case Agreements (SCAs)

A single-case agreement is an arrangement where an insurer agrees to cover services from an out-of-network provider at in-network rates. SCAs are typically pursued when:

• There are no in-network ABA providers in your geographic area
• Your child has already established a therapeutic relationship with a Belong ABA BCBA
• Switching providers would cause a clinically significant disruption to treatment

Belong ABA’s intake team has experience negotiating single-case agreements. We will advocate with your insurer on your behalf.

Out-of-Network ABA Therapy

If your plan has out-of-network benefits, Belong ABA can provide a superbill (itemized receipt) that you submit to your insurer for reimbursement. Many plans reimburse 50–80% of out-of-network costs after your deductible is met. Our intake team can walk you through this process.
